ABOUT US

TUBOPHILE is commercial name of our company ULYCE Ltd. We are based in LYON second city of France. We have 2 warehouses. One is from our logistic company who receive the containers from China and where we have 500 items in stock. The second warehouse is our testing and packing office. The reason we can't dispatch in 24h hours is that our stock in packing office is only a buffer stock and once a week, our logigistic company deliver us the good you have order.

When the goods are in our dispatch office, we keep them the time of testing and then they are collected by our shipment company, which is most of the time, UPS, Geodis/Calberson or French post parcel service.

Amplis à Tubes is our commercial name.

Our company is a limited company and registered under number : 494 066 046

We have a communautary VAT number which is FR29494066046. Our products are sold in europe including VAT and tax duties.

if your country is member of EEC, you don't have one single cent to add on the invoice. All price are tax included.

We have already many customers in Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, UK, Poland, Greece, Belgium.... who are fully satisfied with our service. In the rare occasion you would require to use our warranty service, shipment costs are reasonable as we are located in center of Europe.
