What to do if your encounter a trouble on your amplifier within the warranty period ? How our warranty works ?

1) first thing to contact us by email. We don't accept any returns without a return authorization number.

2) first we try to solve the trouble together. 80% of troubles come from tubes and not amplifier itself.

3) if your unit need to repair, our tecnical support is based in Lyon FRANCE (69). You need to send back the item to Lyon and we will repair it asap. Excluding shipment period, most of the time repairing will be processed from 2 to 3 weeks. In very rare occasions if a spare part must be ordered at Yaqin factory, it can last up to 5 weeks.

4) once repaired, we send back the amplifier to you at our charge.

5) all amplifers modified, or with shocks are not covered by warranty
